Hi, I’m Ashley - the founder, designer, and heart behind Ashley’s Pearls.

I’m a proud mom to the sweetest, wildest little boy named Grayson. He’s my greatest adventure, my daily inspiration, and the reason behind everything I do. Grayson is curious, kind, and endlessly brave - and together, we make the most of every moment. Whether we’re hiking trails, collecting seashells, or chasing sunsets, we live for the outdoors and the freedom of exploring life side by side.

I’m grateful to run a business that allows me to create meaningful, purpose-driven work while remaining present for my family. With a strong work ethic and a deep sense of resilience, I’ve built something lasting from the ground up. Every challenge has shaped my perspective, teaching me how to turn adversity into strength and passion into purpose..

 

My journey into jewelry-making began on the beaches of Florida, where I sold leather and pearl designs while running my first business renting chairs and umbrellas to tourists. What started as a creative escape quickly became something deeper – eventually, a calling to help others preserve the moments and people that matter most.

Years later, after experiencing personal loss, including the heartbreaking passing of my mother and my big brother, I turned to DNA keepsake jewelry as a way to keep a piece of my loved ones with me. Today, I handcraft meaningful jewelry using elements like breastmilk, cremains, hair, flowers, umbilical cords, and more - transforming personal stories into beautiful, wearable heirlooms and one-of-a-kind keepsakes.

Breastfeeding my son was one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life. It was a journey filled with struggle, perseverance, and deep connection - one that taught me resilience, patience, and the true beauty of motherhood. It’s also one of the reasons I’m so passionate about creating breastmilk jewelry. I know firsthand how powerful that bond is, and I’m honored to help other mothers celebrate the strength it takes to nourish, nurture, and love so deeply.
