Shipping policy

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept cancellations or returns. I will start on your jewelry immediately. Most jewelry settings are not kept on hand and must be ordered. I order them as soon as you submit your order, that way I receive them ASAP.

Turnaround time varies from piece to piece.  Most leather jewelry turnaround time is within the week of ordering. If I need to order special pearls or gemstones, not on hand, you will be notified immediately with an update.

 

- Keepsake Jewelry, Ultimately depends if the setting chosen is on hand or needs to be ordered.

- Breastmilk takes about a week or two just to sterilize, preserve and allow to dry out.

- Cremations jewelry is pretty straightforward and just needs to receive the settings they will go in.

- Sterling silver and rose gold plated settings take about 2-3 weeks for me to receive once I order them.

- Solid gold settings take about 3-6 weeks to receive once I order them.

- Custom settings can take about 4-8 weeks from the time we submit the custom design. I will update you as we go.

 

I am always transparent with turnaround times and I look forward to working with each of you. I will update you along the whole process. When I receive your order, I will respond with whether your jewelry is on hand or needs to be ordered. I will then order the settings or items needed to finish your piece. I will communicate back and forth with you for custom designs and details. I will update you when your inclusions arrive in my possession, as well as when your settings arrive. You will also get an update when your stones are made and before they are officially set.

Please be advised that we are in no way reliable for anything that could happen with shipping. Never send your last of any precious inclusions that you cannot replace. Always get a tracking number and keep it until I confirm I've received your items. I'd greatly appreciate you sharing your tracking information with me so I can watch for it as well.  I will confirm your shipping address before shipping your jewelry to you. Tracking numbers will always be provided for every order, no matter how little the cost of your order. For an additional $8 via your Shopping Cart, you can opt for " signature required upon delivery". 

Regardless of priority shipping or signature required, we are not reliable for items lost in transit.
